*If Your Item Arrives Damaged

We have a very high success rate shipping our items. 97% of our items are shipped without incident. However, due to the rough handling the shipping companies are know for, breakage does occure from time to time. If any company that ships neon signs says that they never have breakage, they are lying. It's part of the business. Your purchase at BuckNashtyBiz.com is 100% covered in the event it arrives damaged. Many times, neon signs can be repaired to brand new condition fairly easily. In that case, we will completely cover the cost to have that done. If the sign has been taken to a repair shop and they determine it cannot be restored to brand new condition, we will ship out a replacement sign if we have one in stock. If we are out of stock, you will be fully refunded for the price of your item and the shipping price you paid. 

*What To Do If Your Item Arrives Damaged

(Not complying with any of these policies will result in your warranty being voided, so please read carefully)

1. Any item that arrives damaged MUST be reported to us within 72 hours of shipping company's official delivery time. If you will will not be available to check your item within the 72 hour period, we will allow an extension in most cases ONLY if you request one before your purchase. Otherwise, there will be no exceptions to this rule. We cannot be responsible for the item sitting around for days/weeks/months after the delivery regardless if it is in our out of the packaging.

2. We will need several detailed pictures of the damaged item. The more the better. We will need pictures clear and close up of the damaged area as well as pictures from a little further back where the damage as well as the rest of the item are visible. We will also need to know there was any damage at all to the outside of the shipping box. This includes any mark that you wouldn't see on a brand new piece of cardboard. Scrapes, dings, scuffs, wholes, tears, pushed in corners, or anything else that is notable. We will also need detailed pictures of the damages to the box. 

3. All packaging that item was shipping in MUST be kept in the event that a damaged item inspection needs to be done by the shipping company. This includes packing peanuts, bubble wrap, inside and outside boxes for double boxed items, etc. If any piece of packaging is missing which results in a proper inspection not being able to be done, no refund will be given. In the event that an inspection is needed, purchaser must work with shipping company to insure item can be picked up. Item is usually picked up within a couple days of claim being filed. Once we verify pickup, you will be refunded. Keep in mind, we cannot even file the claim until we've received the pictures and everthing else we will need from you first. Thanks. 

Other Returns

If item is being returned simply because customer has changed their mind, we will refund only the price of the item. Original shipping cost will not be refunded and return shipping cost will be paid by the purchaser. Returned item will only be refunded if item arrives back to us undamaged. If item is damaged during return shipping, you will not be refunded by us. You will need to deal with the shipping company for an insurance claim. We will not be responsible for your return shipping.
